Job description

We are in need of a pest control technician to join our growing team! You’ll investigate potential pest invasions, identify when an issue does exist, and deploy appropriate pest control techniques to eliminate the problem. If you’re comfortable working with all kinds of critters, have great attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills, we are looking for you! Compensation:

$41,000 - $60,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Document each job so we know which properties we have provided treatment to
  • Answer any questions regarding our pest control services
  • Arrange for appointments with customers by working with the staff in our office
  • Mix the correct amount of chemicals in the applicator based on your measurements of the infested area
  • Investigate each location for the warning signs of any unwanted pests, such as rodents, vermin, bed bugs, or termites

Qualifications:
  • Physically fit enough to lift 50 lbs and climb into confined spaces regularly
  • Current U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good customer service skills
  • Clean background check
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to obtain a Pest Control License
  • Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing stairs, accessing and exiting roof or attic areas utilizing a ladder, and going into crawl spaces
  • Must have a mobile device with service to use pest control apps
