BHB Pest Elimination -- Service Technician New York City | Full-Time

BHB Pest Elimination has been a trusted name in pest control since 1969. We serve commercial and residential clients across NYC and Northern New Jersey, and we're growing. We're looking for reliable, motivated people to join our team and build a real career in a stable, expanding industry.
What You'll Do

  • Perform pest control services in residential and commercial properties
  • Inspect structures to identify pest activity, assess severity, and evaluate potential damage
  • Document findings with digital photos and detailed reports
  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate digital records and submit required paperwork daily
  • Keep company-issued vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and in safe working order
  • Follow all company policies and state regulations regarding safety and pesticide application
  • Take on additional duties as needed
Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, walking, crawling, kneeling, and sitting; occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, and reaching
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception required
  • Participation in general facility upkeep (trash disposal, sweeping) on a team rotation basis
Work Environment

  • Outdoor work in all weather conditions
  • Work in tight or confined spaces including basements, attics, crawl spaces, and mechanical areas
  • Use and maintain required PPE: bump caps, gloves, goggles, respirators, and first aid kits
  • Handle pest control materials including insecticides, herbicides, rodenticides, and fumigants (training and PPE provided)
Compensation & Benefits

  • $22.00 to $27.00/hour to start
  • Average first-year earnings: $40,000 to $50,000
