Job description

Position Description
TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Bilingual Sales Performance Manager to join our growing team. As a Sales Performance Manager you will be responsible for building effective relationships with existing corporate and individual customers, exploring their business models and developing an awareness of potential solution opportunities. You will be the product expert that identifies ways to increase sales in the business.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Perform consultation visits at dealerships and car rental locations as a part of our professional services team.
-Implement analysis, performance evaluations and program development at customer sites.
-Provide detailed data on site regarding fleet management market and products offered.
-Report on each visit with recommendations to clients, manufacturers and internal departments.
-Build, develop and maintain strong client relationships, understand the client's best interests and bring a commitment to understanding and driving the success of their clients' key initiatives, organization, company and history.
-Exceed monthly and yearly sales goal through incremental sales of products to existing customers and to prospective customers.
-Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and developments and become knowledgeable on all TSD core products including our rental and loaner management software solutions, as well as TSD RezCentral, Gateway and modules.
Requirements
College Degree preferred; Must have relevant sales experience for 1+ years in car rental, dealership, or travel industry required; Experience in software sales preferred; Bilingual in Spanish and English required; Ability to travel 60% across the US; Excellent presentation and relationship building skills; Proficient in MS Office products; Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
