Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Manager - Performance Realization to lead our efforts in achieving business and commercial success for PMI's smoke-free product portfolio.
As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with various departments within our commercial function, focusing on both IQOS and ZYN brands. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager Consumer & Portfolio Intelligence, you will spearhead a consumer-centric approach that is essential to our company's vision for a smoke-free future.
In this role, you will have the autonomy to lead, plan, and implement market research studies to track performance of our brands among legal age nicotine users, connecting the dots with business needs to drive our consumer-centric agenda. You will play a crucial part in shaping our smokefree products portfolio strategy, contributing to the innovative and forward-thinking culture of our organization.

Your Day to Day:
  • Drive business decision-making by translating consumer, brand, and market insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape strategy and commercial outcomes.
  • Own the diagnosis of brand and category performance by identifying key drivers of growth-and framing the "so what" for the business.
  • Build integrated, real-time view of consumer performance signals that fuels end-to-end Insights ecosystem.
  • Embed agile and innovative research approaches to accelerate learning cycles, ensuring insights are delivered at the speed and flexibility required by the business.
  • Lead end-to-end research projects-from defining business questions and shaping proposals to writing/reviewing questionnaires, managing fieldwork, and synthesizing outputs into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
  • Leverage complex data sources (primary, syndicated, and behavioral) to uncover insights, quantify impact, and provide evidence-based guidance to stakeholders.
  • Create compelling, story-driven narratives and visualizations that clearly communicate insights, influence stakeholders, and drive business action across functions and seniority levels.
  • Work closely with data product teams to build dashboards and enable easy access to data & insights

Who we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Marketing or Research
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in consumer insights & data analytics within CPG or consumer research agency
  • A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and possesses expertise in consumer research methodologies and processes. Capable of coordinating with research partners from drafting briefs to finalizing contracts and managing projects effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge and proven application of a wide range of quantitative and qualitative research initiatives and methodologies to address business objectives, including survey development and execution, segmentation, advertising effectiveness, longitudinal panel research, usage & attitude studies, ethnographies, focus groups, in-depth interviews, brand tracking, and product research.
  • Curiosity-driven mindset to data exploration & pattern recognition, able to translate complex data patterns into clear, actionable insights
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences. You are articulate, engaging, and capable of bringing your stories to life with clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset, adept at aligning top-down, cross-functional, and market priorities, analyses, and insights.
  • Experienced in managing research vendors to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Experienced in building dashboards
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Expertise in modeling & analytics to uncover drivers of consumer behavior
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Fluent in English
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Base Salary Range: $104,000 - $130,000
