Sandy Pines is a 149 bed Residential Psychiatric Facility servicing children and adolescents ages 5 to 17. The facility is located in beautiful sub-tropical South Florida and is nestled beside Jonathan Dickinson Sate Park which creates a rustic, roomy outdoor atmosphere. Sandy Pines is at the county line of both Palm Beach and Martin Counties and is just minutes away from the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Performance Improvement (PI) Director provides support to the CEO/ COO. The PI Director plans and coordinates activities directly related to the identification, evaluation and analysis of the performance and quality improvement activities for the facility and has primary responsibility for the oversight, facilitation, and management of all site visits and/or audits .

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in health care field or Mental health related program required. Masters degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years experience in a psychiatric facility required. Knowledge of hospital operations, risk identification, assessment, reduction, and claims management. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
