Job Summary

Oldcastle is looking for a Product Manager, Digital Customer Experience, to drive digital initiatives to our business websites from discovery and design through development and delivery. The Product Manager, Digital Customer Experience will serve as the liaison across brand, digital solutions, product, creative, sales, and operational teams to own the digital product vision, populate and prioritize the backlog, establish and navigate the digital product roadmap, and facilitate delivery of digital product enhancements.

This role is hybrid and located out of our corporate office in Atlanta, GA.

Job Responsibilities
  • Product/Project Management – employ agile project management and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline the product development cycle
  • Customer Obsession – represent the voice of customer to ensure digital investments are aligned with customer needs, create customer value, and simplify the path to purchase
  • Experience Design – demonstrate familiarity with user experience principles, inspire creative concept development in alignment with underlying business objectives
  • User Stories – define business, technical, functional requirements via actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development
  • Backlog Management – own enhancement intake process and respective delivery roadmap to bring those features to life
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – partner with business stakeholder, product management, design services, digital solutions, and technical development teams to prioritize tasks, delegate resources, and drive incremental change
Job Requirements
  • A degree in a business-related field such as communications, web design, or marketing is preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience
  • Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management, and project management skills are essential
  • Experience with digital product management, project management, agile methods, analytics platforms, and digital marketing is beneficial. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
