What You'll Do
Deliver high-level MPD engineering across planning & execution-hydraulics, modeling, tripping, connections, displacements, MPD cementing & more.
Build strong relationships with operators by supporting pre-spud meetings & daily communications.
Conduct rig site visits, verify equipment readiness, and guide MPD crews through operations.
Lead training for customers, rig teams, and internal personnel on MPD software & processes.
Partner with sales and operations to help grow market share in the Appalachian region.
Collaborate with internal engineering teams, RTS, sales, and regional operations.
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years of MPD or drilling engineering experience
Skilled in MPD hydraulics, modeling, pressure control & troubleshooting
Strong communicator who excels in customer-facing technical roles
Flexible schedule & ability to support rig site operations as needed
bachelor's in engineering or equivalent field experience
