Job SummaryThe Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner is a key contributor to the full recruitment lifecycle across the Fuerst Group family of companies. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless and high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers by independently managing all phases of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection and offer management. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner proactively sources both active and passive candidates for a variety of roles, including hard-to-fill positions, and builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business needs. As a trusted advisor, this role consults with hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques, inclusive hiring practices, compliance, and competitive offer development, while championing an exceptional candidate experience and advancing our talent brand.

Essential Functions
Description
  • Owns full-cycle recruiting, acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers.
  • Collaborates with business leaders to build and continuously improve talent strategies that reflect evolving business needs and team culture.
  • Leverages advanced sourcing techniques and industry insights to identify, attract, and engage diverse, high-quality talent.
  • Drives a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience by proactively managing communications and expectations throughout the process.
  • Facilitates structured, behavior-based interviews and influences best practices in selection.
  • Supports organizational DEI goals by embedding inclusive practices in sourcing and selection and reporting on related outcomes.
  • Maintains and analyzes ATS data to monitor progress toward team goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represents the company at targeted events, strengthens employer brand visibility, and supports workforce planning conversations.
  • Contributes to broader TA initiatives and may provide guidance to early-career team members or peers.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Minimum five (5) in Talent Acquisition or as a recruiter within an agency or corporate environment.

Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Preferred experience working with teams in eCommerce, design, or product innovation. Footwear experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated consultative and relationship-building experience across all levels of an organization.
  • Proven knowledge of diversity recruiting, reducing bias, improving equity, and compliance.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

Base Salary: $95,490.00 - $100,795.00 yearly
The salary range posted for this position represents the anticipated hiring range for this role. Offers are made within this range based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market considerations. This is the hiring range for the position; compensation above the posted maximum is not typically available at the time of hire.
Work Location: Hybrid
This role is based in the Portland, OR area and follows a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our Portland office and generally work on-site four days per week, with flexibility based on business and team needs.
