Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Communications Manager to lead enterprise brand management, content strategy, and integrated marketing communications initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing a cohesive marketing communications strategy that strengthens MEPPI's market presence across multiple product lines and business segments while driving measurable business impact.

We are seeking a marketing leader with 7+ years of B2B marketing communications experience, experience supporting multiple product lines, and a minimum of 3 years of people management experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing compelling content strategies, leading integrated campaigns, and partnering across sales, product, and executive teams to drive growth and brand awareness.

This role will be required to be work onsite 4 days a week.

What You'll Do:

Brand Strategy & Corporate Communications

  • Serve as the enterprise brand steward, owning brand guidelines, messaging architecture, and corporate positioning.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, visual identity, and brand standards across divisions, products, and external partners.
  • Play a key role in annual marketing planning efforts at both the corporate and divisional levels.
  • Own and lead MEPPI's enterprise content strategy across multiple business units and product portfolios.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans that support corporate and divisional growth objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of content across web, video, social media, email, sales enablement materials, product launches, advertising campaigns, and events.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer-focused narratives.

Marketing Excellence & Performance

  • Partner with Market Intelligence and business leaders to create data-driven messaging and customer-centric content.
  • Support the development of a Corporate Marketing Center of Excellence through playbooks, templates, training programs, and best practices.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and business impact.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews, identify key learnings, and implement continuous improvements to maximize effectiveness.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing communications professionals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee development through training, cross-training, and continuing education opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Digital Marketing, Market Intelligence, and external agencies to deliver aligned marketing initiatives.
  • Support product launches, corporate communications, and strategic business initiatives across multiple product lines and markets.
  • Serve as a key marketing advisor to stakeholders throughout the organization.
What You Bring:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 7 years of B2B marketing communications, brand management, and content marketing experience.
    • Experience supporting and marketing multiple product lines or business segments.
    • Minimum 3 years of people management and team leadership experience.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Adobe Creative Suite
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategy, content marketing, brand management, and integrated campaign execution.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, web analytics, SEO, and emerging AI-driven marketing practices.
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and social media management platforms.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Proven success developing messaging frameworks and managing cross-channel content strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including collaboration with sales teams, product managers, executives, and agency partners.
  • Advanced analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
