The Managing Partner leads the operation of a single restaurant. This includes all facets of restaurant operations, front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house, in addition to managing P&L cost centers. Prior experience as Restaurant Managing Partner, Restaurant General Manager, GM, restaurant manager, restaurant partner highly desirable.
Requirements:
* 3+ years progressive experience in General Manager level position managing polished casual/fine dining restaurant.
* Four (4) year degree in a relevant industry (e.g. Hotel/Restaurant Management).
* Prior experience working in a large, multi-unit corporate environment preferred.
* Exceptional people and development skills. Proven track record in attracting, assessing, developing, coaching, and managing talent.
* Must be self-motivated, results driven, able to handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment, flexible, willingness to understand the business, and possesses proven organizational and critical thinking skills.
* Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
* Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to relate to Associates across all levels of the organization.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
* Must be extremely flexible and have the ability to manage multiple projects with a strong attention to detail.
* Must exhibit the highest level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
Prior experience as Restaurant Managing Partner, Restaurant general Manager,GM, restaurant manager, restaurant partner highly desirable.
