About the Role
The Partnership Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating and executing partner-related deliverables. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, foster relationships with sponsors and partners, and ensure the successful delivery of contracted deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, partnership coordination, and a passion for delivering exceptional partner experiences.
What You'll Do
  • Partnership & Sponsor Support: Provide administrative support for sponsors and partners, helping to ensure mutual satisfaction while assisting in the delivery, tracking, and reporting of contract deliverables.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage logistical details, ensuring sponsor and partner visibility and recognition across all event communications and materials.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all events and deliverables are executed on time and within budget while regularly updating stakeholders on status and risks.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track and report on event/campaign performance, prepare detailed post-event analysis reports, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for building stakeholder relationships.
  • Industry Passion: A passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
