Location: On-site – NYC Schools
Compensation: $28/hour during training | $30/hour + Bonus (Post-Probation) | Commission on New Clients | Paid Vacation & Sick Time
Company: Organized Human LLC

Perks & Growth
At Organized Human LLC, we transform chaotic environments into functional, beautiful spaces—and we’re looking for an Operations & Team Manager (OTM) to supervise and coach on-site staff, ensuring adherence to company systems and flawless project execution. This is not just another operations role. You’ll work closely with the Operations & Site Manager (OSM) to manage day-to-day projects and report directly to the Founder and Director of Operations (DOO) through end-of-day updates. Your main responsibility is to ensure every team member follows our systems, corrects mistakes, and supports staff in growing and performing at their best.
We Don’t Hire Workers—We Seek Visionary Leaders
We’re not looking for just anyone. At Organized Human LLC, we are a tight-knit crew of fearless professionals who tackle challenges others won’t touch, doing so with skill, confidence, and impact in mind. Our work is demanding, hands-on, and deeply rewarding. That’s why we invest in every team member's growth with in-person performance reviews, biweekly evaluations, and weekly check-ins. We don’t just expect excellence, we live it, and we raise the bar every single day. We only consider candidates who are passionate, aligned with our mission, and ready to thrive in a culture where vision, grit, and heart matter more than anything.

What You’ll Do
Staff Oversight & Coaching
  • Monitor team members to ensure adherence to company systems and procedures.
  • Identify mistakes or inefficiencies and work collaboratively with staff to correct them.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and coaching to help each team member understand and follow best practices.
  • Promote accountability, consistency, and excellence across all projects.
Professional Development & Team Engagement
The Operations & Team Manager will support a culture of growth by watching short business, motivational, or educational videos provided by the owner. Each Monday, they’ll share a key takeaway with the team, and bi-weekly, they’ll lead a brief discussion during evaluations on how to apply these insights onsite. This will be done in collaboration with the leadership team.

Project Coordination
  • Oversee onsite logistics and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
  • Work directly with the OSM to manage day-to-day project needs.
  • Capture before-and-after photos of spaces to track progress and ensure quality.
Daily Operations & Reporting
  • Submit end-of-day reports and updates to the Founder and Director of Operations.
  • Track accomplishments, inventory status, and any outstanding issues.
  • Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure process compliance.
  • Assist crew in hands-on processes such as sorting/categorizing products, shifting products, and adjusting shelving units.
Inventory & Supply Oversight
  • Confirm deliveries, verify quantities, and coordinate missing items with vendors.
  • Track inventory for supplies, signage, and equipment to ensure seamless workflow.
Vendor & Delivery Management
  • Handle calls with vendors, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and resolve onsite issues promptly.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for all logistics-related matters.
Collaboration & Problem Solving
  • Work closely with the OSM to troubleshoot challenges and keep projects on schedule.
  • Provide on-site support to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and meet company standards.
  • Take effective quality control measures in collaboration with the OSM to ensure high standards are met.
  • Actively contribute collaborative insight on crew members with leadership & admin for monthly staff evaluations.
Who You Are
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable supervising and coaching staff in a hands-on environment.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experienced in logistics, inventory, or project coordination (2+ years preferred).
  • A collaborative partner who thrives on creating order out of chaos.
Training & Probation Period
This role begins with a paid six-month training/probation period at $28/hour. Hours may vary during probation and will not include holidays or closed school days until transitioning to full-time salaried status. This period allows time to:
  • Onboard and train thoroughly.
  • Learn and implement company systems and standards.
  • Confirm long-term fit for both you and the company.
Upon successful completion of probation and mutual agreement, the role transitions to a full-time, salaried position at $30/hour (40 hours/week), with performance bonuses, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

What We Offer
  • $30/hour post-probation with performance-based bonuses.
  • Commission for new client referrals.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation and five paid sick days.
  • Monthly appreciation dinners and birthday gifts.
  • A supportive environment with room for advancement.
