Job description

Description:

OCH Technologies is seeking a Task Order Project Manager to support a DLA IT support services contract. The candidate will be a project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.


This position supports a proposal effort and is contingent upon award, customer approval, and successful onboarding requirements.

Core Responsibilities & Duties

  • Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and stakeholders.
  • Manage all aspects of task order execution, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Responsibilities may evolve over time to support team and organizational goals, but will remain consistent with the overall scope of the role.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications


Education

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts or four (4) additional years of related experience in lieu of degree


Experience

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing enterprise IT Support Services contracts supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) or other Federal agencies
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and delivering enterprise IT Support Services using ITIL-based Service Management and Service Delivery methodologies

Security Clearance Requirement

Candidate must possess a Moderate Risk (Confidential, Non- Critical Sensitive, IT II) with a Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation


Certifications

  • Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.)
  • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level I

Other Required Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skill.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
