Position Summary:

The Standard Business Order Manager is responsible for the coordination and execution of daily standard business order management. This role requires an individual who is well-organized and detail-oriented and who can thrive in a fast-paced team environment. The Standard Business Team works hand-in-hand with our Authorized Distribution Network and Internal KSB teams (Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Operations) to manage orders to meet fulfillment deadlines while providing industry-leading customer service.

Task & Responsibilities

  • Process and Manage Multiple Standard Business Orders at a fast pace.
  • Process Orders through the Company ERP System requiring a full understanding of table interrelationships.
  • Responsible for entering and processing Pull & Ship and Shop Job Customer Orders.
  • Generate and send Order Verifications within 24 hours of receipt of a clean purchase order.
  • Stay abreast of company offerings (products and services), Tools and Systems.
  • Follow up with customers for order release when necessary.
  • Review Orders Management Report and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support Standard Business Manager with routine reporting on key performance metrics
  • Ability to find and evaluate suitable stocked product for orders either directly off-the-shelf or by creating a shop job to modify a stocked item/s.
  • Administer permissions to KSB Pricing Program.
  • Departmental filing and records management.
  • Other Standard Business responsibilities, as assigned.
