About the Role

National Recovery Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across Operations, IT, Compliance, Legal, HR, Training, Client Services, and Executive Leadership. This role oversees software implementations, system integrations, operational improvements, vendor relationships, and cross-functional projects that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from planning through implementation.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and executive status reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Manage software implementations, system upgrades, and technology initiatives.
  • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Develop and improve SOPs and business processes.
  • Support workflow automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Track project budgets, deliverables, and KPIs.
