Apple's IS&T Enterprise Technology Services is seeking a Program Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and management of large technical programs. The ideal candidate combines exceptional analytical skills, strong business acumen, a passion for operational excellence and an aptitude for understanding technical concepts - equally comfortable diving deep into complex data and communicating executive-level insights, while leveraging agentic AI tools to improve planning, automate analytical workflows, and enhance decision-making across the organization.
Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is part of IS&T and delivers global-scale platforms and services that keep Apple's operations secure and running. The team manages identity, device security, and anti-abuse platforms - covering everything from manufacturing and repairs to software updates and activations. ETS also oversees supply chain, manufacturing, and partner integration platforms, protecting data on more than 2.5 billion devices worldwide. Description
Large-Scale Program Architecture: Structure and execute multi-stream, high-budget technical transformations. Apply formal consulting frameworks to map complex workflows, quantify ROI, and drive change management across global business units.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical thought leader, influencing C-suite decision-making through data-driven insights and executive storytelling.
Business Function Embedding: Work directly alongside business functions to deeply understand their workflows and pain points.
Financial & Operational Rigor: Manage program budgets, compute resource allocations, and business case modeling with rigor and precision.
Technical Troubleshooting: Drive complex technical blockers and issues during deployment, acting as a liaison between business function needs and the product engineering teams","responsibilities":"You should bring solid experience in systems software and project management, strong communication and leadership skills, and a track record of driving and delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication is key as you drive projects forward, prioritize work, facilitate the removal of obstacles, and escalate risks.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB, Big 4) or investment bank.

Experience building solutions using GenAI, with a strong understanding of LLM application architecture, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and evaluation frameworks.
High proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience building functional applications using AI orchestration libraries (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) and integrating enterprise APIs. especially in support of a regulatory environment
MBA preferred
BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of experience in technical program management and delivery.
Exceptional ability to decompose highly ambiguous, unstructured problems.
Strong analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience as a technical thought leader, influencing leadership decision-making through data-driven insights and executive storytelling.
Attention to detail and the ability to master new applications and technologies quickly.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, both within your team and cross-functionally.
Hands-on exposure to GenAI capabilities and concepts
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $144,600 and $263,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
