  • Strategy & Innovation: Work with sales management to develop targeted lists and messaging strategies. You will have the autonomy to help improve our team processes, training, and technology.

The Procore SDR Academy Track:

Depending on staffing requirements, SDRs may start in our Academy team before transitioning into an assigned territory. During Academy, you will:

  • Learn the role by calling into dedicated accounts.

  • Prioritize learning, development, and progress quickly through our Procore certification process.

  • Shadow sales teams across Procore and master our core systems and processes to ensure immediate impact upon territory assignment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales Drive: A strong desire to pursue a career in technology sales.

  • Resilience: The curiosity, perseverance, and will to achieve results when challenges arise.

  • Collaborative Spirit: A desire to thrive in an ambitious team environment-inspiring others while hitting your own goals.

  • Coachability: A commitment to lifelong learning, self-awareness, and the ability to digest feedback and adapt quickly.

  • Soft Skills: A friendly, enthusiastic demeanor coupled with deep empathy and thoughtfulness.

Bonus Points For:

  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS, especially software sales.

  • An entrepreneurial background or mindset.

  • Construction industry experience (especially working with a general contractor or subcontractor).

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.

Compensation:

Austin, TX & Carpinteria, CA: $28.00/hour | On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $83,200

Tampa, FL: $25.00/hour | On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $74,285.71

This is an ongoing, open requisition. We are looking for candidates interested in starting a sales career at Procore now or in the future as positions become available.
