Responsibilities
โ€ข Coach and develop a team of real estate sales professionals through regular one-on-one coaching and accountability meetings
โ€ข Use performance metrics, KPIs, and sales data to identify trends and improve individual and team performance
โ€ข Establish clear expectations and accountability around daily activities and conversion metrics
โ€ข Help struggling agents improve while challenging top performers to reach the next level
