Join our team and deliver on the highest expectations. The Retail Fulfillment Operations (RFO) team helps to provide a detailed, high-quality retail experience for our customers. You’ll help improve customer engagement and product sales by providing fast & convenient fulfillment solutions to Apple customers and ensuring the right inventory is in the right place at the right time. We also collaborate cross-functionally to define fulfillment roadmaps and optimize management systems, tools, and process flows to support Apple supply chains. As an AMR Ops RFO Online team member, you will lead strategy, insights, and performance across the Direct Channel and be the voice of the customer.
Description
Lead new product introductions, seasonal campaigns and promotions within the Apple Direct Channel.
Drive initiatives through all phases of program management from ideation to implementation.
Assess current business processes for improvement opportunities. Transform broad concepts and business strategies into structured projects.
Provide detailed commercial and technical analysis of new ideas and initiatives, and be able to communicate complex challenges in simplified ways.
Drive new product introduction execution - stitching across teams to ensure a succesful launch and enhance the customer experience.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation to grow the business, and improve performance, conversion, & efficiency.
Manage cross-functional business partners and develop working relationships with worldwide and regional counterparts.
Lead communications at an executive level while being in the details of all aspects of the business.
Preferred Qualifications
Have phenomenal presentation skills with a keen eye for detail, and expertise in synthesizing complex information for a wide range of audiences.
Obsess over the customer experience and are particularly curious about how to deliver new experiences across digital and brick-and-mortar channels.
A proactive problem-solver capable of delivering end-to-end project solutions in a highly collaborative, rapidly changing environment.
Can prioritize strategic objectives which optimize for speed, cost, performance, and environmental impact while also achieving high-value tactical outcomes.
Be comfortable articulating technical concepts in business-friendly language to secure buy-in and drive change.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience of program and/or project management in retail operations, inventory management, and/or supply chain
Have a deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, New Product Introductions, and eCommerce operations.
Be comfortable working with a high level of ambiguity and delivering results in an unstructured environment.
Analytical mindset and ability to use data effectively to size, prioritize, and stitch business elements to influence through effective storytelling.
An excellent teammate who can influence through collaboration and leadership, and are able to work effectively with other teams, bringing them along for the journey is essential.
