Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries.  Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.


Grants Program Manager


ABOUT THE ROLE


The Grants Program Manager owns the Autheo Foundation\'s grant program from intake to project close. You will be the primary point of contact for grant applicants, the operational person behind the program\'s review process, and the steward of the Foundation\'s most direct lever for ecosystem growth. This role sits at the intersection of program operations, community relations, and 501(c)(3) compliance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Manage the full grant lifecycle: application intake, eligibility screening, coordination of technical review with technical team, Grant Committee approval, award notification, agreement execution, milestone tracking, and final project close


Serve as the primary point of contact for all grant applicants: answering questions, providing feedback on proposals, and guiding teams throughout the review process


Maintain the grant management system: track all active grants, upcoming milestones, disbursement schedules, and reporting deadlines


Coordinate with Grant Committee, Foundation Board, and internal legal team on grant agreement execution, KYC/KYB completion, and grant revocation proceedings if required


Work with Finance & Operations to process milestone-based disbursements accurately and on schedule


Publish awarded grants on the Foundation website and manage quarterly program transparency reports


Proactively identify and recruit high-potential projects and teams that align with the Foundation\'s RFP priorities


Collect and publish grantee milestone reports, escalate scope changes, delays, or compliance issues to the Grants Committee


Track program KPIs: applications received, awards made, milestone completion rates, ecosystem impact metrics


QUALIFICATIONS


Management of a grants or non-profit program: preferably in a technology non-profit, blockchain foundation, or open-source organization


Strong project management skills: comfortable managing 15–40 concurrent active grants across multiple stages


Familiarity with 501(c)(3) grant compliance requirements: written agreements, milestone documentation, disclosure obligations


Technical fluency to evaluate blockchain development proposals and coordinate productively with the Protocol/Technical Lead during review


Excellent communication skills: ability to write clear grant feedback, rejection rationale, and public-facing program updates


Experience with KYC/KYB processes and comfort working with international grantees in varied legal and financial contexts


NICE TO HAVE


Direct experience with Web3 or crypto grant programs


Background in smart contract development or blockchain technical evaluation


Experience building or scaling programs from the ground up


Passion for education, mentoring, and creating programs
