We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Rental Operations to join our property management team. This role involves managing operations, developing & maintaining client relationships, and driving the financial success of the rental department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for enhancing client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the property management team to maintain exceptional performance and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, developers, and clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Drive leasing performance by developing and executing effective marketing, pricing, and leasing strategies.
  • Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand our property portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform and adapt business strategies.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance of rental assets.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our services.
  • Act as the lead in managing and resolving client complaints or issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and performance reviews.
