Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced investigator who can build, train, and lead a team of threat analysts. This team ensures their clients' safety by identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats by hostile parties.


The Senior Manager will be expected to set team standards with an eye toward continuous improvement as well as structure workflows and build repeatable processes.


The Senior Manager will over time recruit, hire, train, and mentor individuals as the team grows.

While managing a team, this individual will also be expected to conduct and/or advise on more complex investigative work that requires a more senior set of skills.


This individual will lead comprehensive investigations, including OSINT research, interviews, and document review, into risks affecting the firm’s clients. This individual will design and manage mitigation plans based on investigative findings, guiding clients through each phase of the process with clarity, confidence, and subject matter authority.


Candidates must be able to assess threats using behavioral threat methodologies and structured professional judgment (SPJ).


Requirements:

Eight to 10 years relevant investigative and threat assessment experience.

Familiarity with standard OSINT tools.

Knowledge of SPJ tools.

Able to support a 24/7 global security operation.

Ability to travel as needed up to 25% of the time.
