Job description

THE COMPANY:

This fast-growing company in the greater Tampa, Florida area offers men’s health, wellness, and telemedicine services nationwide.


The founders are ready to grow the company substantially and need to hire mission-driven leaders who will help scale the business.


THE JOB:

As a hands-on sales leader, you will be tasked with coaching, developing, and managing a team of inside sales representatives. The right inside sales leader for this job will have experience or knowledge of solutions in the men's health, longevity, and wellness space. This rare opportunity will make a massive impact at a growing early-stage organization that is in high demand.


Day-to-day, the sales team handles both phone and virtual activity. There are typically 500+ inbound leads per week, with 200+ in weekly booked consults. Outbound calls are conducted to follow up with leads, no-shows, abandoned carts, and unconverted prospects. Salesforce is being implemented as their CRM system.


You do not need to sell every day as an individual contributor, but you must be willing to lead from the front, pick up the phone when needed, coach live activity, and show the team what good looks like.


The sales leader will bring structure, coaching, accountability, process improvement, and leadership credibility to the sales team. Helping the team to improve close rates, lead conversion, outbound follow-up, and customer retention will be key.


THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of inside sales leadership experience with 4+ years of overall sales experience
  • Familiarity with health, wellness, functional medicine, fitness, nutrition, telehealth, hormones, peptides, TRT, anti-aging, diagnostics, or adjacent men's health categories
  • Hands-on leader with direct sales management experience, able to conduct performance reviews
  • Experience coaching sales reps on phone-based and virtual sales activity
  • Ability to improve sales execution, close rates, conversion, retention, and outbound discipline
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday in the greater Tampa, Florida area office
