Compensation: $100K Base Salary with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $180-$200K

About the Role

A leading multi-state home services organization generating more than $75 million in annual revenue is seeking a Director of Inside Sales & Lead Conversion to lead its inbound lead conversion operation. With a marketing engine producing more than 500 inbound opportunities daily, this role is responsible for developing and coaching a high-performing team, implementing conversion strategies, optimizing lead engagement processes, and maximizing booked appointments for the outside sales organization.

Success in this role requires a blend of sales leadership, contact center expertise, process improvement, technology optimization, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building accountability, increasing conversion rates, and leading teams in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Lead Conversion Specialists.
  • Drive performance against contact rate, engagement rate, and appointment booking goals.
  • Establish and implement sales processes, scripts, and follow-up strategies that improve conversion performance.
  • Create a culture of accountability, urgency, and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the management of 500+ inbound leads daily across multiple markets.
  • Analyze performance data and identify opportunities to improve productivity and results.
  • Proficient in outbound contact center technology and answer-rate optimization.
  • Monitor call quality and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership to maximize lead conversion and revenue generation.
  • Develop scalable processes that support continued organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in inside sales, lead conversion, appointment setting, or contact center operations.
  • Proven success managing high-volume lead environments.
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Experience improving conversion rates through process, technology, and sales strategy.
  • Expertise with CRM, dialing platforms, and lead management systems.
  • Strong analytical and performance management capabilities.
  • Home services, HVAC, or home improvement experience preferred.
