  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making and organizational growth.
  • Lead risk management initiatives and ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Establish and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to drive financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Oversee the company's financial systems and tools, ensuring they are optimized for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications:
