We are seeking a highly capable Manager of Operations who will serve as a key member of our senior leadership team, partnering directly with the Owner/Operator to drive operational excellence, develop future leaders, strengthen culture, and execute the strategic vision of the business.

Located at Patriot Place adjacent to Gillette Stadium, our restaurant experiences unique opportunities and challenges unlike almost any Chick-fil-A in the country. From Patriots games and concerts to international sporting events and community partnerships, our team serves thousands of guests while creating remarkable experiences and meaningful impact.

This position is ideal for a proven leader who desires greater responsibility, ownership, and influence within a growing organization.

Position Overview

The Manager of Operations serves as one of the restaurant's primary leaders and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leadership development, administrative systems, business performance, and organizational growth.

This role combines operational leadership with strategic planning and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading a busy shift, coaching future leaders, analyzing business results, and helping execute long-term initiatives.

The Manager of Operations may be called upon to lead the restaurant in the absence of the Owner/Operator and is expected to operate with an ownership mentality.

Leadership ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop Team Members, Trainers, Team Leaders, and Supervisors.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching conversations, and leadership development meetings.
  • Create individual development plans for emerging leaders.
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and servant leadership.
  • Help identify and develop future leadership talent throughout the organization.
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee Front of House, Back of House, Drive-Thru, Catering, Mobile Ordering, and Dining Room operations.
  • Ensure Chick-fil-A standards are consistently met in food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and food safety.
  • Lead operational execution during high-volume and major event days.
  • Develop systems and processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and improve speed of service and operational performance metrics.
Administrative & Business Leadership
  • Assist in creating and executing annual business goals.
  • Analyze sales reports, labor reports, food cost reports, and operational metrics.
  • Assist with labor planning, scheduling strategy, and staffing forecasts.
  • Lead recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention efforts.
  • Maintain training systems and personnel development records.
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and product forecasting.
  • Assist with budgeting and operational planning.
  • Participate in weekly leadership meetings and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Help coordinate staffing and operational logistics for major Patriot Place and Gillette Stadium events.

QualificationsRequired
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Chick-fil-A, hospitality, retail, or restaurant operations.
  • Proven success leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated servant leadership mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and operational reporting systems.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and major event days.
Preferred
  • 3+ years Chick-fil-A Director/Senior Level experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations.
  • Experience with recruiting, scheduling, labor management, and financial reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Management, or related field.
  • Experience leading other leaders and managing multiple departments.
