Position Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Accounts Payable Clerk:
  • The Accounts Payable Clerk will ensure accurate and timely vendor setup and processing of accounts payable
  • The Accounts Payable Clerk will enter accounts payable data, reconcile vendor statements, and prepare checks for approval and payment
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to support the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
  • The Accounts Payable Clerk will analyze, reconcile, and balance the general ledger
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for accounting records
  • Work closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure completion of all accounting-related tasks
Education and Experience Requirements of Accounts Payable Clerk:
  • Associate degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
  • Full-cycle, high-volume accounts payable experience is a strong asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, vendors, and employees
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting tasks on short notice
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail
This position is 100% onsite. The salary range is $52,000 to $57,000 DOE.
