Job description

AGE Solutions is preparing for a significant contract supporting the Joint Service Provider (JSP) Enterprise Transport Management (ETM) program. These roles lead and manage VoIP, VoSIP, and legacy voice infrastructure. Support includes endpoint provisioning, IVR programming, and ACD reporting using NetPlus.
