Job Summary
As member of the IT Service Delivery and Infrastructure team, the Technical Lead will develop, maintain, and support technical solutions associated with IT infrastructure and business applications.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop technical solutions, design and specifications
  • Integrate wide variety of technology platforms - hosted, cloud and SaaS
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Information Security groups to develop solutions and implement best practice.
  • Provide testing support for technology initiatives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on infrastructure and business applications
  • Develop platform and system support documentation.
  • Troubleshoot end user issues and provide support/solutions
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • College degree OR specialized training OR equivalent work experience
  • At least 10 years of related experience in IT infrastructure and integrated applications management
  • Capable of interacting with various stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
  • Understanding and ability to work with executives throughout the C-Suite
  • Ability to work in multi-vendor environment; supported by both domestic and offshore resources
  • Reliable transportation and ability to visit remote sites if necessary.
