Job description

At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what's next.
Netflix is seeking a Manager, Account Coordinators to lead our Account Coordinator contingent talent program within UCAN Account Management. This is a fixed-term contract role for a 12-month duration, based in New York City. This manager will centrally lead a team of Account Coordinators across the UCAN region (US and Canada), reporting directly to the Director of Account Management, UCAN. This role is the connective tissue between the AC team and the broader Account Management organization. In this role you will establish operational consistency, maintain quality standards, and ensure Account Coordinators are meaningfully integrated into their assigned business pods, while keeping management streamlined and accountable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Directly manage a team of contingent Account Coordinators across US (NYC) and Canada (Toronto) markets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the contingent talent staffing team on all team resourcing needs including extension and non-extension decisions
  • Set clear performance expectations and evaluate AC performance on a regular cadence across accuracy, SLA adherence, and workflow mastery
  • Build and maintain structured feedback loops between AM leadership, individual AMs, and the Account Coordinating team
  • Drive onboarding and ramp for new Account Coordinators, including coordination of the Account Manager Onboarding Path and role-specific training
  • Ensure ACs are appropriately matched to UCAN Sales pods and embedded effectively within those teams
  • Monitor AC task volume, quality, and scope adherence, escalating and resolving issues as they arise
  • Own the operational playbook for the AC role, including documentation of workflows, escalation paths, and scope boundaries
  • Provide regular updates to the Director of Account Management on team health, program effectiveness, and resourcing recommendations
  • Proactively identify where contingent AC support should scale up, scale back, or shift based on business evolution
  • Cross-functional partnership with Market Activation and Product teams on product deliverables that impact Account Coordinator workflows

What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, or campaign operations within digital media or advertising
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams or leading operational programs, with a track record of holding people to high performance standards
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising campaign lifecycle from media planning, IO creation, campaign execution through billing and reconciliation
  • Experience working with or managing contingent/contract workers; familiarity with staffing supplier models is a plus
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage across multiple pods, stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills; comfortable presenting to leadership
  • Operates with good judgment, able to distinguish between issues to resolve independently and those requiring escalation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment where workflows, tools, and scope will shift as product automation matures
  • Familiarity with CRM, OMS, and ad operations platforms (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA, ad servers) preferred
