POSITION SUMMARY
Delta360 is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven, and results-oriented professional to join our team as National Accounts Outside Sales Manager. This position is responsible for developing, managing, and growing key national account relationships while supporting operational excellence, customer service, and company growth initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
โ€ข Develop, manage, and grow relationships with national, regional, and multi-location accounts
โ€ข Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue strategic growth opportunities with prospective customers
โ€ข Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned national accounts
โ€ข Work closely with operations, dispatch, billing, logistics, supply, and leadership teams
โ€ข Prepare proposals, pricing recommendations, customer presentations, account reviews, and business development plans
โ€ข Monitor account performance, sales activity, margins, contract terms, service levels, and customer trends
โ€ข Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and customer programs
โ€ข Maintain accurate account records, customer activity notes, sales pipeline updates, and follow-up tasks
โ€ข Resolve customer concerns, billing questions, service issues, and operational challenges
โ€ข Represent Delta360 professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
โ€ข Travel as needed to customer locations, company branches, industry events, and sales meetings
โ€ข Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant sales, account management, business development, or national accounts experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Experience in fuel, lubricants, propane, logistics, industrial services, oil and gas, transportation, construction, or related industries preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, reporting tools, and general business technology
  • Must be able to travel as needed
