Job description

We are seeking a Coordinator, Music Research to support the Sr. Manager, and her team within company music cue sheet operations. The team manages cue sheet submission and compliance across all productions, including TV, film, parks, video games, and music videos. This role was created due to an increased workload and will focus on supporting accurate cue sheet collection, submission to performing rights organizations, and providing guidance to production partners.
  • Location: Burbank, CA
  • Schedule: Onsite Monday-Thursday, Remote Fridays
  • Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: Up to $31.25/hr
  • Interview Process: 30-minute Teams interview (single round)
  • Type: Temporary assignment (no conversion planned)

Responsibilities:
  • Support the collection, tracking, and submission of music cue sheets
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of cue sheet data across productions
  • Communicate with production partners to provide cue sheet guidance and clarification
  • Maintain high-volume administrative and data entry tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Assist in managing workflow surges and prioritization of submissions
  • Use or support cue sheet systems such as RapidCue or Soundmouse (if applicable)

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong administrative, data entry, or operations support experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail (resume formatting will be closely reviewed as an indicator)
  • Ability to manage high-volume, detail-sensitive work
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working onsite in a structured office environment
  • Experience in music publishing, rights management, or cue sheet processes
  • Familiarity with systems such as RapidCue or Soundmouse
  • Background with music companies such as Universal, Sony, Warner, etc.
  • Prior company experience welcomed
  • Experience in production-adjacent or entertainment industry environments a plus
