Job description

EPCVIP, Inc is seeking a Product Manager, Lead Monetization to own and execute monetization initiatives within a high-volume lead marketplace ecosystem involving real-time routing, partner integrations, pricing logic, and experimentation workflows across hundreds of affiliates and monetization partners. This role sits within the Product Operations team and works closely with Analytics, Client Relations, and Strategy teams.
This is a highly operational and analytical role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and can independently manage experiments, operational initiatives, and cross-functional execution end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
  • Own day-to-day execution of monetization and routing initiatives
  • Manage experimentation lifecycle including hypothesis creation, testing, analysis, and rollout recommendations
  • Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and Client Relations teams to implement and optimize initiatives
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Improve lead routing, pricing logic, and affiliate monetization workflows
  • Maintain documentation, project visibility, and operational accountability
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose automation or optimization improvements
  • Independently use AI tooling, data warehouse integrations, and analytics platforms to support decision-making

  • 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Revenue Operations, or marketplace optimization
  • Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing experiments and data-driven initiatives
  • Ability to independently own projects from scoping through execution
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable working with AI tools (Claude Code, internal skill library, MCP integrations to the warehouse), analytics platforms, and operational systems
  • Experience in lead generation, affiliate marketing, marketplace platforms, or monetization systems is a strong plus
  • Revenue optimization for any marketplace/large data flows company platform
  • Analytical thinking: not necessary analytics background, but ability to work with complex data and optimize algorithms
  • Collaboration skills: large company experience managing diverse stakeholders
