What You BringBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1-3 years of accounting experience (bonus points for hospitality/event experience!)Confident with Excel + financial systems (ERP experience is a plus)A solid understanding of GAAP and strong attention to detailCPA or working toward it is great-but not required
What You'll DoPrep and analyze monthly financial reports so the team knows what's really going onSupport budgeting + forecasting that guide big decisionsHelp ensure our financial processes stay accurate and compliantOversee AP, AR, and general ledger activityJump in on audits + help improve how we workLead and mentor the accounting team (yes-leadership experience you can grow into!)
