A Manager Metallurgy oversees the metallurgical operations in a manufacturing or mining organization, ensuring that metal production processes are efficient, safe, and meet quality standards. They lead teams of metallurgists and technicians, develop and implement process improvements, and collaborate with other departments such as engineering and quality assurance.
