Armed Security Greeter — Retired Law Enforcement

Maximum Security is hiring retired law enforcement officers for full-time, steady-shift armed greeter positions at a new storefront opening in the Albany area. This is a professional, customer-facing role ideal for retired LEOs who want consistent hours, a stable schedule, and a post-career opportunity.

What You'll Do
  • Greet customers and maintain a visible, professional armed security presence at the entrance
  • Monitor the premises and respond to issues calmly and appropriately
  • Coordinate with on-site management and fellow security staff
  • Provide a welcoming first impression while ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff
What We're Looking For
  • Retired law enforcement officer (municipal, county, state, or federal)
  • Authorized to carry on duty (NY pistol permit or LEOSA / HR 218 qualified)
  • Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
