Bluehost is seeking a Marketing Programs Manager to drive cross-GTM programs across marketing and sales to drive growth, align focus and ensure our investments are yielding the highest GTM impact. This means creating the operational systems, governance, and execution framework that enables Marketing to deliver against strategic priorities while effectively managing day-to-day business operations.
This role is responsible for building visibility across the entire marketing portfolio-from cross-functional GTM programs, strategic initiatives, and product launches to ongoing operational work-ensuring priorities are aligned, resources are optimized, and teams can execute effectively.
What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.
Marketing Portfolio Management
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of all Marketing initiatives, including strategic initiatives, GTM programs, and ongoing operational work.
  • Develop marketing portfolio management processes that balance capacity, priorities, and business objectives.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to prioritize work based on business impact, resource availability, and organizational goals.
  • Identify dependencies, resource constraints, and execution risks across teams.

Cross GTMs Program
Lead and coordinate execution for complex initiatives involving Marketing, Sales and Partner/Channels Including:
  • Product Launches
  • Brand initiatives
  • Integrated marketing campaigns
  • AI transformation projects
  • Customer experience improvements
  • Website initiatives
  • Process optimization efforts
  • Revenue growth programs

Operational Excellence
  • Design scalable planning and execution processes that improve organizational efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing workflows.
  • Introduce tools and systems that enhance collaboration and project visibility.
  • Drive continuous improvement across marketing operations.

Executive Planning & Reporting
  • Communicate initiatives via compelling presentations with crisp storytelling
  • Build executive dashboards that provide visibility into the marketing portfolio.
  • Present project health, risks, milestones, and resource needs to Marketing leadership.
  • Support quarterly planning and business reviews.

Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.
  • MBA from a top-tier programs
  • 7+ years of experience across Strategy, Marketing Operations, or Program Management.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent storyteller and presentation building capability
  • Experience working with executive leadership.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital marketing organizations or top-tier Management Consulting firms
  • Experience in fast-moving organizations and/or
  • Experience supporting AI transformation or digital modernization initiatives.
