Job Description

CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Social Media & Community Management to support Front Store social media initiatives and lead community engagement efforts. This role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), partnering closely with internal stakeholders, agency teams, and the Director of Social Media to deliver high-impact social strategies and engagement programs.

The ideal candidate has deep digital community experience, strong B2C social expertise, and the ability to drive social media strategy, community health, and audience loyalty through thoughtful and proactive engagement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead execution and optimization of owned social media strategies for Front Store campaigns.

  • Develop content and engagement strategies informed by social listening insights to improve brand sentiment and channel health.

  • Manage proactive community engagement across major social platforms.

  • Partner with—and provide guidance to—creative, social listening, influencer, and community management teams.

  • Manage agency partners to ensure high-quality execution of social engagement initiatives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business goals and translate them into social media recommendations and measurable outcomes.

  • Act as the internal SME to demonstrate the value of cultivating social communities and driving audience affinity.


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience managing social media communities or executing engagement strategies for a business.

  • Deep hands-on knowledge of major social platforms:
    Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat.

  • Strong B2C experience.

  • Proven ability to manage agencies, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
