Position Summary:

In this leadership role, you will guide a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering customer projects from order entry through final fulfillment. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, improving project execution processes, and partnering across functions to support business growth. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for the successful execution of customer projects from order entry through final fulfillment.
  • Establish, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide visibility into project health, on-time delivery, backlog execution, forecast accuracy, resource utilization, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project management and operational functions to improve execution efficiency, standardize processes, reduce risk, and enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinate priorities across Manufacturing, Materials, Production Scheduling, Inventory Control, Shipping, and Receiving functions to ensure alignment with project requirements and customer commitments.
  • Partner with plant and business leadership in strategic planning, budgeting, capacity planning, and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Serve as the escalation point for project execution challenges, customer concerns, and operational risks, driving timely resolution and corrective actions.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Champion a continuous improvement approach to project execution by identifying bottlenecks, improving workflows, and driving cross-functional accountability.
  • Provide governance and leadership for project execution activities, ensuring consistent application of project management standards, tools, and best practices.
  • Own factory-level project and backlog forecasting, reporting, and execution performance, prioritizing customer delivery commitments while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Develop performance goals and accountability measures for project management team utilizing KPI reviews and data-driven decision making to improve results.
  • Prepare and present project, backlog, and operational performance reviews to plant and business leadership, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement actions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while developing team capabilities and supporting organizational growth.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience
  • Eight (8) years or more of experience in project management, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field
  • Experience with change management and driving continuous improvement activities
  • Previous experience in demonstrating positive leadership in areas such as sales, manufacturing and materials
  • Results driven and ability to consistently achieve positive results, even under tough circumstances
  • Must have demonstrated working effectively across a site to develop and strengthen key business relationships
  • Customer focus with the ability to build strong customer relationships and meet customer expectations
  • Skills to manage complexity, conflicts, problem solve, and work well under pressure
  • Excellent analytical and communication and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to develop, implement and measure KPI's for the team
  • Demonstrates clear understanding of all tasks and processes within manufacturing
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this position
