We are seeking a Specialist Manager to join our Financial Systems team to design and deliver change strategies that help people embrace significant business and technology change. This role will develop and deliver change management strategies and plans for large, complex projects, guide a team of 3 on medium- and small-scale initiatives, and support critical communications across Finance Systems. As a Finance Systems Change Management Manager, you will:

- Develop and manage fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans for large, complex projects
- Lead a team of 3 in the development and delivery of change strategies and plans for medium to small change initiatives
- Oversee development and delivery of critical communications across supported Finance Systems.

The Team
The Finance Systems Change Management team helps Finance and business stakeholders navigate the people side of change by delivering targeted communications, tailored change plans, and critical updates that support adoption with minimal business disruption. Its mission is to make system and process changes understandable, actionable, and easier to absorb across both routine and transformational initiatives. The Manager plays a key role in advancing that mission by leading change strategy, improving stakeholder readiness, ensuring clear and timely communications, developing team talent, and using technology to make execution faster, more consistent, and more effective.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, change management, organization effectiveness, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with project and change management skills, including experience successfully managing a cross-functional or cross-departmental team on a complex change management project.
- High level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Copilot, Sidekick
- TAbility to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
