As a Plant Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all customer orders are manufactured safely and efficiently and that all products are delivered on time to the customerโ€™s specifications. You will have the responsibility of leading your team and driving culture in alignment with our core business values.

Annual Pay: $85,000 - $105,000

Responsibilities:

  • Execute established safety, quality, operational, maintenance, and improvement strategies; ensure compliance and uphold standards.
  • Maintain facility operations within OSHA and FDA regulations, including employee training and monitoring.
  • Oversee daily operations and production processes to ensure safe, efficient performance.
  • Drive operational excellence and process improvement through standardized SOPs, EHS practices, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor production metrics to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in project development and capital execution initiatives.
  • Manage staff performance, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and retention; build bench strength and talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate effectively across business functions and communicate with key stakeholders; escalate issues and drive long-term solutions.
  • Promote a positive, energetic work environment aligned with company values; organize team-building activities.
  • Maintain fiscal responsibility for maintenance execution, including preventive maintenance and critical asset management.
  • Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and audit readiness.
  • Represent the company as a community ambassador, actively engaging in community and industry events.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.
