Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Lead Branch Teller platform modernization by engineering and migrating from legacy vendor and mainframe applications, implementing new cloud-native architectures, and streamlining end-to-end workflows.
  • Manage and operate production platforms across legacy and modern environments, executing hands-on DevOps/SRE tasks such as incident triage, root cause analysis, observability (Grafana, Splunk), CI/CD pipeline management, and dynamic capacity scaling.
  • Design, build, and support core banking and teller systems with robust integration patterns (ESB, MQ, REST APIs, Kafka), ensuring resilient, low-latency connectivity with upstream and downstream applications.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-native solutions using microservices, container orchestration (Kubernetes), Kafka streaming, and infrastructure-as-code, automating build, test, and release processes for rapid, reliable delivery.
  • Oversee testing strategy and execution, including automated regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing to ensure platform quality and reliability.
