Job Description:

The LMS Administrator will oversee the organization's Dayforce Learning environment, ensuring the platform operates efficiently while supporting employees, managers, and Learning & Development initiatives. This position combines system administration, reporting, content management, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement to maximize the effectiveness of the company's learning technology.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Dayforce Learning platform, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
  • Configure learner profiles, security roles, learning assignments, certifications, and automated enrollment processes.
  • Publish and maintain digital learning content, curricula, certification programs, and structured learning paths.
  • Organize internal and third-party training content while maintaining a clean and user-friendly course catalog.
  • Develop online assessments, evaluations, and knowledge checks to support learning initiatives.
  • Produce standard and ad hoc reports to monitor training completion, compliance, certifications, and learner engagement.
  • Perform routine audits to maintain accurate employee learning records and improve overall data quality.
  • Provide end-user support by troubleshooting system access, enrollment issues, and LMS functionality.
  • Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and business leaders to support organizational training initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the LMS by implementing new features, automation, and process improvements.
  • Stay current on industry trends and Dayforce Learning enhancements to recommend innovative learning solutions.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience.
  • Experience administering Dayforce Learning is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of online learning administration, certifications, learning paths, and digital course management.
  • Experience creating reports, analyzing learning metrics, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support employees and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience supporting Learning & Development or HR technology teams is preferred.
