Job description

If so, the Global Executive Development team would like to hear from you! Our team is responsible for the onboarding and on-going executive development for Amazon's senior leaders.
We are seeking an innovative, customer-obsessed, high-ownership, data-driven, and creative Program Manager to support the operations of Global Executive Development. This includes large-scale executive development programs, experiences, and executive coaching. The PM drives high-quality customer experience through impeccable executive development coordination, registration, program delivery, measurement, and post-experience support. The PM will also develop comprehensive project plans for GED initiatives; partner with stakeholders (AV, GREF, third-party vendors), monitor and report on GED initiatives, program performance and impact; and ensure communication to key stakeholders flows consistently and efficiently.
The candidate must be able to Think Big and Dive Deep, and be skilled at anticipating and resolving problems, managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with senior leaders.
Key job responsibilities
• The ideal candidate will be highly detailed and task-oriented; comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
• At least 5 years of program management experience in learning & development, talent management or related field
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with an ability to determine an appropriate level of detail in line with GED milestones
• Expertise in comprehensive event planning and logistics management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of increasing operational efficiency while maintaining high standards
• Ability to proactively identify potential risks, roadblocks and anticipate evolving needs
• Develop reporting mechanisms that measure program effectiveness, to aid in assurance and process improvement
• Proven track record for delivering projects within scope, time, and quality
• Proven ability to build relationships quickly and earn trust of others
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and switch from one focus to another depending on priority for the business or team at any particular time
• Communicate project status, drive and elevate decision making and help requests
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree
- Can show strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of efficiently managing and executing high-quality programs
- Proficiency with email platforms (Mercury)
- Experience building and scaling with AI tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
