(Partner Interval Training) system and our NO DAYS OFF culture, Legacy now runs clubs in several markets, including a home rooted in the community right off Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale.

THE ROLE

The Legacy Membership Sales lead owns membership at Fort Lauderdale from the first touch to a lifelong member. This role is dedicated to three things: growing membership, keeping members, and making the member experience the best off Las Olas. You own the full cycle from the marketing that fills the funnel, to the introduction and signup at the desk, to the relationships that keep members for life all while living our NO DAYS OFF culture.

THE P.I.T. SYSTEM

Partner Interval Training (P.I.T.) is the heart of every Legacy gym. We built it more than 15 years ago and have refined it ever since, pairing antagonistic movements to drive results that are grounded in science. P.I.T. is the energy of the room. It is the reason new members walk through the door, and it is the engine that turns a trainer's personal training and instruction into real income. The results show up across the board: members drop body fat and build muscle, cardiovascular markers such as heart rate variability (HRV) improve, mental and emotional strength grows from training beside other people, and the community it builds has sparked friendships, marriages, business deals, and more than a few babies. No other gym can copy it. P.I.T. is the center of Legacy and the reason members stay for life.

THE FACILITY: LEGACY FORT LAUDERDALE

Just off Las Olas, Legacy Fort Lauderdale is a 10,000 square foot space, newly renovated and built to give everyday people a professional experience:

- A full open gym floor and personal training area, built around our patented P.I.T. system

- A coed sauna and cold plunge built for longevity and recovery

- Professional athlete-level physical therapy and recovery on site

- A newly renovated space that reflects the Legacy standard

THE COMMUNITY

Fort Lauderdale is one of Legacy's youngest, hippest, and most vibrant communities. Set in the heart of the city's fast growing residential corridor just off Las Olas, surrounded by new towers and thousands of incoming residents, it is one of the most exciting places in South Florida to build a fitness family. Here you will meet people from all walks of life. This is not a brand new experiment Legacy has a real history of operating and serving the Fort Lauderdale community, and we are investing to take it to the next level.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Own the full membership cycle. From first click to lifelong member, you own recruitment, signup, retention, and the member experience end to end.

- Drive recruitment marketing. Plan and run the digital, physical, and in-person marketing that fills the funnel: social, local partnerships, events, referrals, and relationships across Fort Lauderdale.

- Fill the funnel every day. Prospect daily, follow up on every lead and First Timer, and turn introductions into booked first visits.

- Close with integrity. Give every prospect a great first experience, overcome objections with our proven methods, and convert them into members.

- Own retention. Track usage and at-risk members, build check-in and win-back systems, and make sure every member reaches the point where Legacy becomes a habit.

- Elevate the experience. Set the standard for how members are greeted, known, and cared for, and align coaches and front desk to deliver it every day.

- Live in the numbers. Track leads, conversion, churn, and member lifetime value, and report the story behind them to leadership.

WHAT YOU BRING

- A hospitality or service-first background, ideally forged in a disciplined team environment such as college athletics or the special forces

- A belief that community-driven workouts and engagement are the tailwind in fitness, and a desire to help optimize results and shape the next generation of wellness offerings

- 2+ years in membership sales, hospitality, or a service-driven sales environment, with a record of hitting targets

- A marketer's instinct across digital and in-person channels: social, events, local partnerships, and referrals

- Fluency with CRM and pipeline tools, and comfort living in the numbers of leads, conversion, and churn

- Exceptional communication and the ability to build trust fast

- A genuine interest in health, wellness, and longevity

- Flexibility to work the hours that reach members, including some evenings and weekends

- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)

BONUS POINTS

- Experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or another membership business

- A background building local marketing or community partnerships

- Knowledge of the Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas community

- A personal training certification or a personal fitness practice

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
