We're the champions of inspiring people to live a healthy, active lifestyle - 1,300+ stores strong - and we build our leaders from within. As a Team Captain (Shift Leader) you run the floor, set the pace, and keep the Guest experience and quality high while coaching the team around you.

What you'll do

  • Lead shifts from the floor - direct the team, set the pace, keep quality and cleanliness high
  • Blend smoothies and prep/serve our Power Eats food (flatbreads, chicken bites, oven)
  • Jump on the register and into the rush when it counts
  • Coach and train Team Members; model a "Guest comes first" attitude
  • Own opening/closing, cash handling, and shift-level problem solving
