  • Develop, track, and report on KPIs such as inventory accuracy, cycle count compliance, WIP control, and material availability

  • Support and guide inventory and warehouse personnel; lead by example in day-to-day operations
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, issuing, and material handling activities as needed
  • Ensure warehouse organization, 5S standards, and efficient material flow throughout the facility
Required Qualifications

  • 4-7+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or material management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience leading inventory processes such as cycle counting, audits, and reconciliation
  • Strong ERP experience required; JobBoss, Epicor, Oracle, etc. experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with WMS modules and inventory transaction workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage large volumes of SKUs with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across departments
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and supporting daily warehouse operations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in aerospace & defense manufacturing
  • Working knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 standards and traceability requirements
  • Professional certifications such as APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or other inventory/warehouse management certifications
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kanban, FIFO, continuous improvement)
  • Advanced Excel or data analysis skills (pivot tables, reporting, KPI tracking)
  • Experience implementing or improving inventory control processes in a scaling or high-growth environment
