The Online Sales Associate plays an integral role at 2nd Swing because of their ability to positively impact a very large number of golfers and their experiences. This is an in-office seasonal role. The ideal candidate will have a very good understanding and passion for the game of golf, be successful in creating customer relationships, and have previous call center or retail-store experience. A positive attitude, high energy, and dedication to professionalism are traits that we look for in potential candidates. We are looking for these individuals who are willing and able to handle multiple tasks, possess great communication skills, and have the desire to learn. Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for golfers via phone, email, and chat, delivering a high-touch, consultative experience. Provide expert guidance on golf equipment, fittings, and product selection tailored to individual player needs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive positive customer experience. Manage a high-volume queue while maintaining quality, accuracy, and professionalism. Partner with manufacturers to resolve complex warranty and product inquiries. Educate customers on trade-in opportunities and maximize value through promotional programs. Stay current on product innovations, equipment trends, and fitting methodologies. Qualifications: 2-5 years of golf sales experience. Competitive or collegiate golf background, required. Manufacturer fitting certifications (e.g., PING, Titleist) preferred. Familiarity with NetSuite, Microsoft365, UKG, Counterpoint, Braintree, Assert, PayPal. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Personable, energetic, and professional with a passion for the game of golf. Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting, standing and bending.
