Rate Range: $60.00- $65/hour on W2 (All inclusive)
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SyteLine Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Infor SyteLine ERP (versions 8.03.11, 9.01.02, 9.01.11, CSI 10.0.0.515). The ideal candidate will be responsible for incident analysis, root cause identification, corrective action planning, and bug fixing of customizations. This role requires deep knowledge of ERP systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve incidents related to SyteLine ERP applications.
  • Perform cause and corrective action analysis for production outages.
  • Identify, debug, and fix issues in customizations (if source code exists).
  • Collaborate with business process owners, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Document root causes, solutions, and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Participate in technical and functional discussions to support ERP enhancements and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and best practices.
Required Technical/Functional Skills
  • Strong techno-functional knowledge of Infor SyteLine ERP (versions: 8.03.11, 9.01.02, 9.01.11, CSI 10.0.0.515).
  • Solid understanding of ERP functional modules and business processes.
  • Strong technical skills, including debugging, source code analysis, and customization fixes.
  • Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation and ERP configurations.
Managerial / Coordination Skills
  • Coordinate effectively with third-party vendors, business process owners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide timely updates to management.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and issue escalation.
Experience
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in Infor SyteLine ERP as a techno-functional consultant.
  • Proven track record in production support, incident resolution, and ERP customizations.
  • Experience in ERP system upgrades, patch management, and troubleshooting complex issues.
Education & Certifications (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • ERP or SyteLine-specific certifications are a plus.
