This role often facilitates workshops, leads stakeholder meetings, and provides guidance on influence strategies to help teams buy into new initiatives. Successful collaboration relies on strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to listen to concerns and address resistance constructively. Regular cross-team updates and transparent reporting are also key components of fostering a cohesive work environment.
