Influencer & Content Manager

JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a dynamic and strategicInfluencer & Content Managerto lead the execution of high-impact influencer campaigns while also overseeing social media content strategy and creation. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes digital storytelling, has a pulse on what's trending, and understands how influencer and social content work better together.

You'll own influencer activations from brief to reporting, while also shaping content calendars, guiding content production, and ensuring that both areas are aligned to tell a consistent, compelling brand story. This is a key cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Influencer Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, from sourcing and outreach to contracts, briefing, approvals, and reporting
  • Manage influencer relationships and vet talent to ensure strong brand alignment and diverse representation
  • Track performance and create detailed wrap reports with insights and recommendations
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and creator behaviors to inform strategy and recommend new partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with clients on influencer casting, campaign messaging, and deliverables


Social Media Content Strategy & Oversight

  • Support the development and execution of monthly content calendars in collaboration with internal creative and strategy teams
  • Guide content ideation, shoot planning, and asset creation for owned channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Oversee copywriting and visual direction to ensure brand consistency
  • Contribute to content creation as needed (e.g., scripting, on-set support, or light production)
  • Analyze performance data to optimize content mix and formats
  • Integrate influencer content into brand-owned channels when applicable


Cross-Function & Integration

  • Serve as the bridge between influencer marketing and content strategy teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximum impact
  • Lead brainstorms and strategy sessions to align on integrated campaigns
  • Support new business efforts by contributing to pitch decks and campaign planning
  • Collaborate with paid media teams to amplify high-performing content or influencer assets


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing and/or social media content strategy, preferably within an agency or brand environment
  • Strong network and knowledge of creators across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, or CPG verticals
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from start to finish
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, and how to craft channel-specific content
  • Ability to interpret analytics and translate them into actionable insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as this role involves direct client communication and content creation for English-speaking markets
  • Excellent project management and client-facing skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, creators, and calendars simultaneously
  • Familiarity with tools such as Lefty, CreatorIQ, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace
