Job description

This is a remote role within a global team that utilizes cutting-edge technology to stay connected with colleagues worldwide. Occasional travel to a local office may be required for in-person collaboration with your team, as well as for company events, team building activities, or strategic meetings.
Being a Partner Development Manager at iManage Means...
You are the engine behind iManage's partner revenue growth. This is a field-facing, execution-driven role where you will build and scale iManage's presence across our partner ecosystem by developing deep, trusted relationships with key technology partners, activating co-sell motions, and turning partnership strategy into real pipeline and closed revenue. You bring energy, optimism, and a challenger mindset to every partner conversation, and you are equally comfortable in the C-suite as you are rolling up your sleeves with field sellers to push deals across the finish line.
You will work across iManage's most strategic partnerships to align partner priorities with iManage's go-to-market goals, build joint business plans that are accountable and measurable, and make sure our partners have everything they need to sell with us and win together. This is not a relationship maintenance role. This is a role for someone who wakes up thinking about growth, moves fast, competes hard, and never stops learning.
iM Responsible For...
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior leaders across iManage's partner ecosystem, aligning partner goals with iManage's go-to-market strategy to drive mutual, measurable growth
  • Building and executing joint go-to-market and co-sell strategies across a portfolio of technology partners, securing the resources and readiness needed to exceed shared revenue goals
  • Managing partner pipeline reviews and actively coaching partners to sharpen their plans, remove obstacles, and accelerate deal velocity
  • Creating joint business plans that define goals, establish accountability, and set clear timelines for achieving strategic alignment and sustained revenue growth
  • Driving monthly and quarterly business reviews that surface trends, close gaps, and keep every partnership moving in the right direction
  • Evangelizing iManage's value proposition across partner organizations and keeping field sellers on both sides engaged, informed, and motivated to co-sell
  • Building Partner to Partner relationships where relevant to expand iManage's reach and unlock new customer segments
  • Identifying new market opportunities through competitive intelligence and partner feedback, and working cross-functionally to act on them quickly
  • Orchestrating the resolution of complex partner escalations with urgency, ownership, and care
  • Feeding partner and customer insights back to Sales, Marketing, and Product to sharpen iManage's go-to-market execution and make the overall partner program stronger over time
iM Qualified Because I Have...
  • 5 or more years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or channel development in the technology industry, with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field
  • 3 or more years of ISV ecosystem experience with a strong grasp of SaaS business models and how software gets built, sold, and scaled
  • 5 or more years of co-selling or selling with channel and commercial enterprise partners across a multi-partner portfolio
  • A genuine hunger for learning - I stay curious, I adapt quickly, and I bring new ideas to how partnerships get built and grown
  • A track record of putting customer outcomes at the center of everything I do, understanding that the best partnerships succeed because they create real value for the end customer
  • The ability to work fluidly across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to get the right outcome, even when it means navigating competing priorities or pushing through ambiguity
  • Strong consultative selling instincts with experience managing pipeline, mitigating risk, and keeping strategy tightly aligned to business priorities
  • A proven ability to negotiate, influence, and build alignment with both internal stakeholders and external partner organizations at every level
  • Comfort presenting to and engaging with senior leadership, with the presence and clarity to defend a point of view and drive decisions forward
  • A thoughtful approach to using AI and modern tools to work smarter, move faster, and make better decisions without losing judgment or accountability
Bonus Points If I Have...
  • Deep familiarity with a major cloud or technology partner ecosystem such as Microsoft, Salesforce, AWS, or Google
  • Existing relationships within ISV, field sales, or marketplace organizations across key technology platforms
  • A background in LegalTech, document management, or enterprise content management
  • Experience building or scaling a partner or alliance function from the ground up
  • Familiarity with Partner Relationship Management tools and how to run alliance operations at scale
